Fig. 1 Our toasted, slightly-sweet bun comes from Bakers of Paris in Brisbane, CA. This parisian bakery uses family recipes and local flours in their artisan breads.
Fig. 2 The pork in our addicting, house-made bacon marmalade comes from Rancho Llano Seco in Chico: where the heritage pigs live confinement-free in big pastures (and with a great view of the Butte Mountains!).
Fig 3 Whenever possible, we source our onions from Coke Farms, a sustainable farm in San Juan Bautista that has grown organic fruits and vegetables for over 30 years.
